I hide my gaming activity from family or close friends.
Gaming has started interfering with my work, family, or financial responsibilities.

If you've checked any of the boxes above, it may be time to take a break and use the 918kiiss self-exclusion tool, or seek professional support. This is not a weakness — it is a sign that you care about your own well-being.
Activating responsible gaming tools on 918kiiss takes less than two minutes. Here are the steps.
Visit the 918kiiss platform via the website or Android/iOS mobile app and log in to your account with your registered credentials.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" from the menu that appears.
Select the type of limit you want to set — deposit, loss, playing time, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion. Each tool has a straightforward interface.
Enter your desired limit value and confirm your selection. For deposit and loss limits, enter the amount in MYR. For time limits, enter in hours or minutes.
All limits set (except limit increases) take effect immediately. You will receive confirmation via email and an in-app notification.
Decrease Limit = Immediate
When you reduce your deposit or loss limit, the change takes effect immediately with no waiting period.
Increase Limit = Wait 7 Days
Requests to increase a limit will only take effect after 7 days — giving you time to reconsider before the change comes into force.
Self-Exclusion = Cannot Be Reversed
Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the active period — even through customer support. This is for your own protection.
Account Balance Stays Safe
During the self-exclusion period, the balance in your account remains safe and can be withdrawn following the standard procedure once your KYC process is complete.
Online gaming is, at its core, a form of entertainment. Much like watching a film, going out with friends, or travelling — it is an activity that should bring enjoyment and peace of mind, not anxiety or financial stress. At 918kiiss, we recognise that the line between entertainment and unhealthy habits can sometimes blur, which is why we have built a comprehensive responsible gaming ecosystem into our platform.
918kiiss's approach to responsible gaming goes beyond meeting compliance requirements. It is about ensuring every player who uses our platform leaves — physically or digitally — with a positive feeling about their experience. Wins are great, but how you play matters more than the final result.
Responsible gaming means making conscious choices about how, when, and how much money you spend on gaming. It involves understanding that gaming is a risk-based activity that should only be done with disposable funds — not money needed for essentials like rent, bills, or food.
Players who game responsibly tend to share a few common traits: they set limits before playing and stick to them, they do not play to "win back" losses, and they treat money spent on gaming as an entertainment expense — not an investment with an expected return.
Keep this in mind: No strategy, system, or method can guarantee wins in chance-based games. Every game on 918kiiss uses an independently audited random number generator — meaning every round is completely independent and random.
Gambling problems rarely appear out of nowhere. They usually start with small changes that are easy to overlook. Here are some early signs to watch for in yourself:
918kiiss provides several layers of support for players who may need assistance. First, the self-control tools described on this page let you take action on your own without needing to contact anyone. Second, our 24/7 customer support team is trained to listen and help without judgment if you'd like to talk about your gaming habits.
For those who need deeper support, 918kiiss encourages you to seek help from professionals. In Malaysia, several organisations provide free and confidential support for those dealing with gambling-related issues.
Sometimes, the people around someone with a gambling problem notice the signs before they do. If you're concerned about a loved one, the most effective approach is to speak openly without accusation or threats — showing care and support, not anger.
If you know someone who uses 918kiiss and you're concerned about their habits, you can reach out to our support team. While we cannot disclose another player's account information, we can provide guidance on the support resources available in Malaysia.
918kiiss is committed to keeping this platform a safe and responsible entertainment space. We continuously review and improve our responsible gaming tools and procedures to ensure they remain effective and accessible to all players.
